You should have received your Blue Shield health insurance ID cards, Wells Fargo HSA debit card (if you enrolled in the High Deductible PPO plan), and the Delta Dental ID cards.  If you have not, please call our office. 

For those who enrolled in the Blue Shield High-Deductible Preferred PPO plan, we are planning informational seminars on how to best use your Wells Fargo health savings account.  Watch for information about these meetings.  The information given to you will be helpful in maximizing your utilization of your account.

We will also have meetings to help you utilize the specific health plan in which you enrolled.  The meetings will be held in various locations around the Conference territory.  Watch for announcements concerning the meetings on the High-Deductible PPO and the Point-of Service (POS) plans.
